Hello and welcome to HCM,
The normal ranges for the parameters mentioned by you are as follows:
1. The total cholesterol should be below 200 mg%.
2. The triglycerides should be below 150 mg%.
3. The LDL should be below 100 mg%
4. The HDL should be above 40 mg%
5. The value of glucose depends whether it is fasting or random or post-prandial.
6. The HbA1c level depends whether you are diabetic or not. In diabetics the target is below 6 %.
7. SGPT is a liver enzyme and it should be below 40 IU/L, however, its range depends on age, sex and different populations.

Thus, these values suggest that total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL are elevated.
The HDL is also below the desired value.
Thus, there is derangement of lipid profile.
You need to consult your physician for prescription of lipid lowering drugs.
The value of glucose can be interpreted only when it is known whether it is fasting, random or post-prandial.
The value of SGPT can also be interpreted when reviewed along with other liver unction tests.

Thanks and take care
